1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms of Use (GTU) is to define the terms for providing the services of the RenovaUP site, owned by the company Renovasoft, and the conditions for using the site by the User.
2. Service access
The service is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Service, whether hardware, software or internet access costs, are exclusively at the user's expense. Only the user is responsible for the proper functioning of their IT equipment as well as their internet access.
3. Intellectual property
The RenovaUP site, in particular its content, images, logos and software, is protected by intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the site by any process whatsoever, without the express permission of Renovasoft, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement sanctioned by articles L 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
4. Personal data
Renovasoft undertakes that the collection and processing of your data, carried out from the RenovaUP site, comply with the general data protection regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act. Each form limits the collection of personal data to the strict minimum (data minimization).
5. Limitation of liability
The information disseminated on the RenovaUP site comes from supposedly reliable sources. However, Renovasoft cannot guarantee the accuracy or relevance of this data. Furthermore, the information made available on this site is purely informative and in no case constitutes advice or a recommendation of any kind.
6. Evolution of the contract
Renovasoft reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices of this contract at any time. It is therefore advised that the User regularly consult the latest version of the Terms of Use available on the site.
7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms of Use are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute that could not be resolved amicably, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
